For this week’s T-Mobile Galaxy Note 2 SGH-T889 ROM of the week, check out Frosty JellyBean ROM!

One of my favorite ROMs on the T-Mobile Galaxy S3, Frosty Jelly Bean ROM brings you stability of stock ROM plus many, many tweaks including battery, speed, RAM, and CPU that will make your T-Mobile Note 2 much faster.

Based off latest UVBMB4 T-Mobile firmware, Frosty JellyBean ROM brings you the latest LTE support along with 23 customizable quick toggles, no increasing ringtone, ink effect with finger, native tethering, EMOJI enabled throughout the system, AOSP lockscreen, Frosty JellyBean wallpapers, multi-window enabled for apps, and some easter eggs (can you find them?).

If you need overclocking, you can also install Perseus kernel after installing ROM.

For those of you looking for stock stability & features with added tweaks, definitely check it out this week(end) and do let me know what you think!

The link does not appear to be working as it keeps stopping with a ‘network error’ message. Is there another link or official website I can get the link?

I am having an issue, why is it that the volume is so low when I put my music in my car, I turn it up so high on my phone and car and it’s still low, I changed the auxiliary cable too thinking it was that, but still the same, then I thought it was my phone but then I changed the rom Just outta curiosity and the volume goes high on other Roms and even on the stock rom, also there is a ringing noise that it makes when its plugged in. So what’s going on with this rom? Everything else is perfectly fine but that and it’s really annoying me a lot. I didn’t do anything in setting for the volume to be low. And this rom is awesome. So please tell me what’s going on and why did yall made it that way?

I have this rom and stopped at tmobile in orlando and saw that the phones in there showed 4g lte.this phone still shows 4g.the rep said it maybe catching lte its just not showing because of the custom rom.i ran the speed test at least 10 times and none say lte and speed at its highest was 10.4mbs. Does anyone have this rom and can confirm it catches lte? I like it a lot and dont wanna flash another rom until someone confirms they can catch the lte signal . thanks

    It says I’m getting UMTS:3

    • Max Lee says:

You were getting 4G LTE before right? If you never upgrade to 4G LTE ROMs, you may have to flash 4G LTE modem first. But you do have 4G LTE option in Network Settings right?

      • Gus says:

Never got it before. Flashed the newest firmware last night and now I’m getting it. I guess I assumed I wouldn’t have to since this ROM supported LTE. All is good now though. Thanks a ton, you guys are awesome!!!
