For those you who have been asking me to check out the latest version of JellyBAM ROM v7.4, I did and indeed JellyBAM ROM has come a LONG way since the first time I tried its buggy release (which did not boot at all).

UPDATE: v9.0 is HERE!

But the latest version of JellyBAM ROM is near flawless, including the latest AOKP MR1 Build 6 and ParanoidAndroid 3.15. This is somewhat important as AOKP’s Build 4 had some major memory leak issues and also you get to enjoy the latest ParanoidAndroid 3.15. And CM10.1? Since ParanoidAndroid is built on CM10.1, you get the best of both worlds when installing ParanoidAndroid 3.15.

And yes, this is probably the best hybrid ROM at the moment, combining all of AOKP ROM Control UI customization, ParanoidAndroid’s Settings to run your phone/apps in tablet mode, and lastly but not least, it runs fast and your battery life lasts long.

Sadly, it’s not available for all Note 2s yet but if you have an AT&T, T-Mobile, GT-N7105, or GT-N7100, you can grab an official version and start enjoying the future today.

If you are fan of AOSP ROMs (What is AOSP?), check out JellyBAM ROM this week(end) and do let me know what you think! (but I love it)
